Prices
All prices listed are net prices in Swiss francs (CHF) and apply to deliveries ex Adrenio GmbH warehouse. We reserve the right to make any changes to articles and prices.
Value added tax
All prices are exclusive of Swiss value added tax (VAT).
Deliveries
Typically by post. A delivery surcharge is charged, depending on the weight.
For express deliveries with: DPD - FedEx - DHL - TNT the effective costs will be charged.
For orders below a total amount of CHF 50.00, an additional processing fee of CHF 10.00 will be charged.
Payment
30 days net (invoice date applies).
Unauthorised deducations will be charged subsequently.
Returns
Only possible with the agreement of Adrenio GmbH. Request for an RMA number.
Complaints
Complaints about incomplete or incorrect deliveries must be reported within 3 working days of receipt of the goods. Otherwise, the delivery is deemed to be accepted.
Technical information
All technical information and data are based on the information provided by our suppliers and are only valid within their scope. Changes can be made at any time and without prior notice and are expressly reserved. Adrenio GmbH reserves the copyright for plans, drawings, drafts and cost estimates. These may not be made accessible to third parties without the permission of Adrenio GmbH.
Garantee
12 months from the date of delivery for all defects that occur and can be proven to be due to material defects or faulty manufacture. The warranty service is limited to replacement or repair of the defective products at the registered office of Adrenio GmbH in Unterengstringen. Other warranty claims, in particular liability for the costs of disassembly and reassembly as well as for any damage caused by the delivered goods, are rejected. In the event of interference by third parties, any warranty claims shall become null and void.
Liability
Any liability towards the client for any damage is rejected by Adrenio GmbH.
Retention of title
The goods remain the property of Adrenio GmbH until payment has been made in full.
The place of jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction is Unterengstringen/ZH/Switzerland.
